The Chargrill restaurant has an extensive menu of delicious dishes from premium aged Scottish steaks through to fish, salads, curries and burgers. The steaks are Aberdeen Angus beef that are aged for a minimum of 28 days to add tenderness and fuller flavour, before being cut and pre-seasoned by the master butcher.
