Sir,
My membership in your casino goes back some 25 years. and have enjoyed every visit. However,when I visited the casino recently,the receptionist told me that I was Barred since 2007 !! I was shocked and embarrassed for I cannot recollect that at any time I have misbehaved or broke, knowingly, any house-rules.
I would appreciated very much if you kindly reconsider and reinstate my membership. Maxims is my and my friends best night-out. Hope you will
